Meet the Team

Les is in his 9th year in the Estate Agency industry and is in his 5th year as a valuer within Billericay. In this time he has gained a very good reputation for providing excellent advice and customer care to his clients. Les has fantastic local knowledge of the area which can prove invaluable in helping you achieve your dream move.

Karim joined ParaBar Muir in January 2009 having worked as an estate agent in Billericay for 12 years. Many of you may have dealt with Karim in the past and he has built up an excellent reputation for providing the highest standard of customer service. Karim has also lived in Billericay for his whole life and having gone to school in Billericay knows the area better than any other agent in the town.

Justin joined our team in mid 2007 and brings 10 years estate agency experience with him. Justin will be responsible for ensuring our sales reach a satisfactory conclusion and will be liasing directly between our vendors and purchasers, as well as solicitors and mortgage brokers, amongst the most important roles in the branch Justin will be ensuring that all of our clients receive the same level of care after a sale has been agreed as they did before it was agreed, a concept which is lost on most agents. In late 2008 Justin also took on the role of lettings management manager and he is responsible for ensuring all of our land lords and tenants recieve the best service possible.
